Steve is a futurist and believes our world will continue to bind together with machines. He invests in technology companies attacking massive markets with full stack hardware + software solutions. He’s especially excited about building the future of transportation (air, land and sea), global real-time data feeds, smart infrastructure and cities, fully automated manufacturing and production systems, and the connected human body.
Prior to Riot, Steve was the founder of six hardware + software companies and an investor in dozens of others. His pre-seed and seed portfolio companies have a combined enterprise value of $15B and generated revenue of more than $600M in 2018.
Steve earned a BS from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. In his spare time, Steve enjoys piloting helicopters and airplanes, cycling, spinning, high stakes poker, and traveling around the world.
His superpower is accelerating portfolio company business development, hiring, product strategy, and fundraising. Will is from the Washington DC area and earned his BBA from James Madison University.
On weekends, Will can be found surfing, entertaining friends at his home in Venice beach and petting strangers' dogs.

Don't be surprised to find Jenna playing Dungeons & Dragons (currently playing as a half-elf bard named Penelope Potts), taking a hip hop class or doting over her dog-child Monkey. Oh yeah, and she's from Alabama -- go Tigers!
